Kaddish

This is just to let you all know that several edits have been made, including whole new sections. More work will be coming soon (I have three and a half chapters ready to post) at which point this post will be removed, but until then, you may find the following updates:

• The epigraph has been changed and prologue updated to match
• The birthday celebration has been expanded with a story about arriving back at Beth Tikvah, more effectively weaving the past through the present plot
• There is a new chapter about coming up with Yom HaShichzur

Again, plenty more coming up soon, but I have moved and gotten settled, and have found a path forward with adding these changes in here.
